I. Call to Order and Quorum Call: Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm

Directors Present:

Ralph Brown – President, Unit 7

Wrede Kirkpatrick – Vice-President, Unit 1

Kathy Hofstad - Treasurer, Unit 7

Larry Barroner – Secretary, Unit 3

Directors Absent:

Cathy James - Unit 2

Kelly Black – Unit 5

Chris Carter – Unit 4 (at-large)

II. New Business

A. Repair of irrigation line - Brightview JO# 341900124 Total: $5,877.19

6” mainline break 4’ under 60’ of roadway

Motion carried unanimously to have the repair executed at a cost not to exceed $5,877.10

B. Removal of dead trees – Brightview Total: $5,600.00

Removal of 4 pine trees and stump grind OR the 4 pine trees and removal of the Crepe Myrtle at Racine and Donnymoor

MM by Ralph, 2^nd by Kathy, to rescind previous motion having the three pine trees removed, original motion was made during the March 2023 meeting.

Motion carried unanimously to seek additional quotes for tree removals.
