Old Business
A.
Fence at 9608 Glenpointe
MM by
Larry, 2nd by Chris to limit the 6-foot high sections
of the fence to 40 feet as requested in the previously approved ACC
request, measured from and connected to the front, street facing fence. Motion
was approved 5/2 opposed (Kelly / Wrede).
MM by Kathy H., 2nd by
Larry to document and require the fence to transition from the 6-foot high section
to the 4-foot high picket section. This sloped section
will not exceed 4 feet (48 inches) similar to guidance for attaching to a community
wall. Motion was approved 5/2 opposed
(Kelly / Wrede).
III. New Business
A. Date for Saturday in the Park.
28 October 2023, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
B. Date for the Annual Meeting
Multiple BODs had conflicting schedules on
proposed dates. Final date decision will
be made at the August monthly meeting/
