Project already in progress: the new fence not installed according to ACC Standards. The fence is higher than 6 feet from the ground up. The new posts for the picket fence are not facing the installer. The Steel Rail Brackets used to attach the beams to the posts are not concealed on the outside but they are concealed on the installer side.
