2. 9808 Sunnyoak, Replace wood fence with white PVC, fencing will remain in the exact same location as the existing one. APPROVED

3. 12016 Running Fox, Replace windows with impact windows, white frame, no grids. APPROVED, with the stipulation that the grid on the window above the front door be removed to match the new windows.
