1.     12220 Shady Forest, Replace front facing west side, front facing east side, and the east side yard wood fence with white PVC. APPROVED with the condition that the fence would slope down to the same height as the community wall.

 

2.     9605 Glenox, Replace roof shingles with Owens TruDefinition, Black Sale color. APPROVED

 

3.     9605 Glenox, Exterior paint, Body=Foggy Day SW6235, Trim, Garage door=Misty SW6232, Front door=Stained Wood or Naval SW6244, The Decorative & accent=Naval SW6244. APPROVED with a stipulation that the detached garage color must match the house. Also approved Naval SW6244 for the front door.

 

4.     9209 Sunnyoak, Replace front facing west and the east side wood fence with white PVC, same location. APPROVED

 

5.     9621 Glenox, Install 6’ privacy fence facing street only with double  gate on the garage side & single gate on the opposite side. In addition, install 4’ Aluminum fence along the left side and right side of the property, and add 4’ fence on the pond side with a single gate. 10’ away from the pond. APPROVED with a condition that the front fence is at least 8 feet away from front elevation on both sides.

 

6.     9218 Sunnyoak, Replace front facing wood fence on the west side with the same material and same location. The fence is 22’ away from the front elevation and it is 10’ wide with a 5’ gate. APPROVED

 

7.     11821 Rossmayne, Replace southside wood lattice screening fence with white lattice PVC. NOT APPROVED, the new screening fence is less than 8 feet away from front elevation.

 

8.     12216 Shady Forest, Exterior paint, Body=Alabaster SW 7008, Trim, garage door, front door, and the Accent=Iron Ore SW7069 NOT APPROVED, incomplete, the front part of the house is Bricks, It is not clear if the Bricks on the front will be painted or not. Need to know what color would be the Decorative Accent, and we need to know what color would the front facing gables, email sent to the HO, but no response yet.

 

9.     12221 Shady Forest, Add room addition with same material of house. It would not go outside the perimeter of the garage. Measurements 20 feet long by 10 or 12 feet wide. NOT APPROVED, incomplete / confliction description. The note on the web portal says “It would not go outside the perimeter of the garage”. However the drawing on the property survey showed the east wall would go past the perimeter of the garage wall. The ACC has not approved nor do we have any homes that the addition would exceed the outline of the side yard walls of the house.

 

10.   9213 Sunnyoak, Add a shed in backyard 12x12x10H. NOT APPROVED, property survey showing location not provided.

 

11.   9709 Glenpointe, Replace broken portion/discolored fence. APPROVED.
